Raleigh's high-modern house architectural history is rich. This history continues to thrive with younger firms that create contemporary houses in the spirit of the architectural masters that moved from the Bauhaus, to Black Mountain and finally settled in the foothills of Raleigh, starting the NC State Design School.
Tonic Design is one of those young firms and one of their signature homes is the John + Molly Chiles in Raleigh. Not only do the Chiles have a gorgeous home, but their art collection is one of the best in the Southeast. See more on the house here and you have a chance to become a member and see the house this weekend.
