A Prairie Home Companion Coming to DPAC in Durham

Garrison Keillor will bring his public radio talkie stage show, A Prairie Home Companion, to the Durham Performing Arts Center on May 9, 2009. DPAC keeps reeling in the hits. Progress Energy Center needs to take a few tips from their booking agent.

You can say that again about the DPAC vs the Progress Energy Center. Progress needs to step their game up. I want to say it’s because the DPAC is new, but I can’t see how the acts would care much about that, unless the DPAC has a ton of money to “prime the pump” so to speak.
