This is a weekend of unrivaled action across Raleigh’s visual scene. We thought a wrap-up post might help everyone put it in perspective. So there is Artsplosure of course but Rebus Fest should provide a more highbrow visual experience up the street in Boylan Heights.
You can also catch a fashion show Friday night at Blue Martini. The work in galleries across the city is exceptional this month. Highly recommended is Herb Jackson Retrospective at Artspace and Jason Whitman presents Art Monsters at Morning Times.
Of course there are not one, but THREE - Architectural Tours. Modernist home Tour, Raleigh Home Tour and of course the Henside the Beltline Tour d’Coop 2008.
