Ashley Christensen to Take on Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America
Poole's Diner and future Wilmington Street restaurant(s) chef Ashley Christensen, arguably Downtown Raleigh's best chef, will appear on the Food Network's Iron Chef America.
Christensen has chosen her competition as the American celebrity chef Bobby Flay (who you will recall took on former Pit Master Ed Mitchell a few years ago). The episode will air on July 24th at 10pm.
