Aviator Bourbon-Barrel Aged Pale Ale at Flying Saucer

Thursday at 7:00pm Aviator will tap a bourbon-barrel aged batch of Big Bolt American Pale Ale at Flying Saucer.  The wooden barrel will be tapped using a traditional beer engine which allows the beer to be served without gas pressure, or temperature change that could affect the subtle flavors in the aged brew.

If you can’t make it to The Saucer, there will be an encore performance at the Aviator Tap Room on Saturday at 2:00pm.
