Beasley’s Complete Opening Menu

As we anticipate Beasley's Chicken and Honey's opening tonight, Ashley Christensen was nice enough to share the complete opening menu with New Raleigh.   If the chalk boards are any indication, many changes will come as new foods come into season.

For myself, highlights include:

Late Night Chicken & Waffles & Honey

Tomatoes and Malt Mayo
The Kennedy Biscuits with Butter and Honey
Buttermilk Cheescake with Peach Jam & Rhubarb Compote
