Black Crowes at Lincoln Theater November 8th

After reuniting the The Black Crowes produced their first album in seven years, War Paint; a new album but an old sound drawn from blues and roots music.  The Crowes are sure to put forth a great rock show including front man Chris Robinson’s gyrations often referred to as the one-and-back.  Lincoln Theater will host the show outside on the Lincoln Theatre Street Stage.

The Black Crowes playing the Lincoln raises the question: are they washed up or just elderly?

Judging by the obnoxious use of the Ken Burn’s effect in the video, I might have to reach further and call them lame.

and to think…i was keeping my fingers crossed that i might see them at the state fair…but then BLAMMO!...theyre here right before christmas.

on a scale of 1-10, id give this a 2…and only because the lead guy was doin it with kate hudson at some point and maybe, just maybe, between the whiffs of pot and busch light off of that guy, i might smell one slight breeze containing an ounce of her tender tender sweetness.
