Bon Iver and The Rosebuds Playing Downtown Amphitheater in July

Ivan Howard and Justin Vernon just can't get enough of each other. The Rosebud and Bon Iver lead singers have toured together with their side project Gayngs over the past year and are now hitting the road together this Summer. The Bon Iver / Rosebuds tour will bring both of the bands to the Downtown Raleigh Amphitheater on July 29th. 

Both bands are also releasing new albums this Summer. The Rosebuds will release the groove-driven Loud Planes Fly Low on June 7th while Bon Iver will release their self-titled sophomore album two weeks later on June 21st. Both bands will therefore show up to the Amphitheater sporting a setful of new tunes. 

This should be a great show under the sun. Last time Vernon played the Raleigh area was opening for WIlco in Cary back in 2008. 

Tickets will be on sale Friday at 10am for $25 and $37 over at Ticketmaster and on Thursday for Live Nation App owners. Hopefully StubHub won't snatch these up as well before the public can get to them.
