The continuing trend for locavore lifestyle in Raleigh can be seen everywhere. The spawning of home brews is happening all over. The Busy Bee has started a new series on their website: Raleigh Homebrews. The first profile is of Les Stewart, husband of Nicole Stewart of the Beehive Collective. Les is one serious brewmeister. Les produces about 2 batches a month and has recently gotten into sodas, as serious as any amateur gets.
