This Thanksgiving weekend, Nov. 27 through 29, more than 100 craftsmen will display their creations at the 40th annual Carolina Designer Craftsmen Guild’s (CDCG) Fine Craft + Design Show at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds Exposition Center. One of the longest running, highest quality juried craft shows of its kind, the CDCG’s annual show is a compilation of premier hand-made items from the finest craftsmen across the Carolinas and Southeast.
The Show provides the public the opportunity to see and purchase a diverse selection of jury-selected, one-of-a-kind fine crafts. Fine crafts displayed at this year’s Show will include pottery, clay, sculpture, wearable fiber, blown glass, jewelry, metal work, wood work, furniture, photography, printmaking and mixed media. There will be something for every taste and budget at the 40th Annual Show.

These works will be presented to the public for the first time in a special exhibit area at the Show.
The Carolina Designer Craftsmen Guild serves the Southeast by recognizing and promoting fine crafts, encouraging and stimulating creativity, appreciation and activity in the major crafts, and conducting the region’s major craft show.
