City Yard Waste Facility Waiving Fees for Storm Debris

The city is encouraging folks to take their yard waste to the facility off of Hope Church Road, but they haven't clarified if the facility is open today or not.  Normally it is open Monday through Saturday.

The City of Raleigh Yard Waste is open today to accept all storm debris from the recent storm.

The normal disposal fee will be waived for all home owners and contractors. Any vehicles entering the Yard Waste Center not in the data base will be required to weigh-in and out.

Due to the amount of debris anticipated, please be patient and considerate since there will be lines and possible delays getting in and out of the disposal site.
