To Our Recollection: Design for Public History is a First Friday exhibition of College of Design student work from the Downtown Studio. The projects done throughout the studio are graphic manifestations of engagement with downtown Raleigh and surrounding communities. This advanced graphic design studio has created exhibition, environmental, publication and web-design solutions for the grant-funded South Park-East Raleigh Preservation and Education History Program.
These research-driven projects include some fantastic map-making, poster design and exhibition design for the Raleigh City Museum.
In-process work can be seen online at Wilmington Street Studio.
