Common and N.E.R.D. to Play Pack Howl Concert

Last year it was Guster and The Avett Brothers at the NC State Pack Howl Pep Rally. This year, the guitars and banjos will be traded for 2 turntables and some microphones. Hip Hoppers Common and N.E.R.D. will bring their beats and rhymes to Reynolds Coliseum on October 3rd for the Seeing the Invincible Sounds of Summer Tour.

From what I heard about last year’s show, a lot of the crowd left after The Avetts performed, leaving Guster to entertain a smaller and possibly older crowd. This will not be the case this year as Common is sure to bring as large of a crowd as N.E.R.D. and I could see some collaboration between the two hip hop acts occurring on stage.
