This First Friday will be the premiere of the new Curtis Brown Photography Studio, located at the corner of Glenwood Avenue and Peace St. Brown has made a name for himself locally producing stunning portraits for clients as well as documenting the works of the North Carolina Theater. His work can be found at his website which includes a wide range of his work from the most recent to some of his original subjects.

Brown attended the School of Communication Arts at Wake Forest and earned a degree in Digital Media. It is his hope to combine the traditional and modern elements of photography in a blend that has carried him far professionally from his roots at Raleigh’s Three Oaks Photography.

Curtis Brown invites all First Fridayers to come check out his new workspace at his open house event beginning at 8pm and ending sometime around midnight. Parking will no doubt be tight, as he is sure to draw a crowd from the curious to the avid fans.
