Gimme a Break: Don’t Paint the L Building

In a WRAL article entitled “Developer: ‘Eyesore’ parking deck not done”, Empire Properties found itself defending the current state of The L Building, a building that is currently unfinished. It is currently only a parking deck that is funded by Wake County and (mainly) serves the Raleigh Convention Center.
