Duvel Beer Dinner at the Busy Bee Café
Tuesday July 28th at 7:00 pm.
The dinner will include five courses prepared by Chef Jeremy Clayman with beer pairings chosen by David Lockwood and Chris Powers. The beer sponsor, Duvel, will send a rep to discuss the Duvel, Ommegang, and Choufe beers, including the brewing process and the history behind each beer. Clayman will also describe the preparation of the five courses throughout the meal which will include varied foods featuring local and organic ingredients.
$50 per person. Email info@busybeeraleigh.com to reserve spaces. Beer dinners are held the last Tuesday of every month at the Busy Bee Café.
