Tonight, Wednesday July 15th, Harlott Parson, co-owner and chef Harlott Parson of Escazu will be showing you the ‘secret to making great chocolate’ in an evening presentation called Chocolate Making: From Bean to Bar. A variety of cocoa beans from Venezuela and Costa Rica will be sampled.  Hosted by the Natural Science Museum the presentation is sure to be enlightening and, obviously, delicious.  This is the second of a series of three chocolate themed events at the museum and are run in conjunction with the Chocolate exhibit running now through September.

Escazu’s artisan chocolates represent some of the best in Raleigh and Eastern North Carolina. After being founded in Beaufort in 2003 the small shop moved to Glenwood South last year.  Escazu’s Raleigh Location made waves when it opened last February before Valentines.

Tonight at 7:00pm tickets are $10 and can be purchased at The Museum’s Website
