First Night Raleigh Kicked off earlier today. The Artsplosure produced event been going all day.  For the early, family friendly countdown, be on Fayetteville Street at 7:00 pm.  And of course the official Acorn drops at midnight.

New Raleigh is also the media sponsor for the Lampion Project.  Large Chinese lanterns decorated by local artists and students will decorate Lichtin Plaza (in front of the Progress Energy Center).
