GAYNGS Adds Triangle Tour Date

In the best news I’ve heard heard all day, Triangle Music posted this afternoon that GAYNGS just added a Triangle date on Oct. 6th at Cat’s Cradle.

The band that formed almost entirely on their love of the 10cc song “I’m Not In Love” debuted with their first live show last May in Minneapolis. From what I heard from those that attended, it was amazing. Even Prince showed up to party.

Included in the 25+ people that make up the band are current and former Triangle residents Ivan Howard (The Rosebuds), Brad Cook / Phil Cook / Joe Westerlund (Megafaun), and Justin Vernon (Bon Iver).

Tickets are available on etix for $17 ($19.02 total with ticket fee). Get one fast, because these are going to be gone in the blink of an eye.
