Gears of War 2 Gets More Love (for War)

We mentioned earlier in the week about how Epic Games in Cary had a game (Gears of War 2) listed in Paste Magazine’s Top 20 Best Games of the Decade. The accolades for Gears of War 2 seem to be just beginning.

Today, MSNBC’s Technology and Science section has posted a handful of lists of the Best 5 Games of various categories. Gears of War 2 has received (not surprisingly) one of the Top 5 “Most Incredible War Scenes in Gaming”. The other games included are ‘Medal of Honor: Allied Assault’, ‘Halo: Combat Evolved’, ‘Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King’, and ‘Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare’.
