Give Some Love: Local Puppies Need a Foster Home

Piper

These three puppies would be very thankful to have homes for the holidays (and a permanent one would be the best Christmas gift that they could get). Meet Piper, Jax and Kinsley. These adorable pups were found this week and turned in to local shelters/adoption agencies. But, since the shelters are packed and there is a shortage of foster homes available, we are hoping to find foster parents among the New Raleigh community. If you have room in your hearts and your home for one of these puppies, please contact hopeprocops@gmail.com. Fostering an animal is a tremendous help to our local shelters and adoption agencies. Best of all, it gives the animals a warm, loving environment to thrive in while the search continues for their forever homes.

More about the pups:

Piper was found wandering the streets. No one knows how long she was on the streets, but we think she may have been surviving by eating out of trash cans. Piper is about 7 months old, weighs 45 pounds and looks to be a Shepherd/Golden/Collie mix. She gets along very well with other dogs and has a ball playing with the youngest of them. She is also good with young children. Piper does well in a crate, but is OK when left out of it, too. She is a wonderful, sweet dog!

Jax

Jax and Kinsley were dumped at a kennel a man that found them on his land. They appear to be Shepherd/Lab mixes, about 9 weeks old and very sweet. They are adorable. Jax is playful and loving – a laid back snuggler who is eager to please. Kinsley is more playful and energetic than her brother.  Both have spent a great deal of time at the doggie day care at the kennel where they ended up, and are already well socialized at their young age.  They would both love canine companions and playmates.

Awwwww, they look so much like my Tanker and his sister. I hope they find some fantastic homes ASAP!
