Normally I hesitate to fork out money for an act that hasn’t had a new album in many years, and most of what Heart put out in the latter years of their careers was complete pap, but I can tell you all that Ann Wilson will blow you away with her voice.  I saw her do a semi-acoustic set 7-8 years ago in Atlanta, and I remember sitting wide-eyed with a drooling grin in response to that woman.  She’s still capable of blowing your ass out of a chair, and you won’t even see it coming.

FUN FACT: Nancy Wilson is married to Writer/Producer/Director Cameron Crowe (“Singles,” “Almost Famous”).  I think they met while working on “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” (Nancy was the babe in the car laughing at Pirate Judge Reinhold).
