Homebrewed Raleigh tickets go on sale tomorrow instead of today due to the snowpocalypse, but below is the list of brewers and their beers to whet the beer appetite. All the proceeds from Hombrewed go to the Raleigh City Museum so that it can, well, operate. During tough economic times, non-profits are often the hardest hit, so consider this a fun way to give back to the only place in Raleigh whose specific mission is to preserve our city.
Brewers:
Les Stewart- Oak-Aged Robust Porter
Adam Eckhart- Rye IPA
Drew Ball- Mocha Stout / Honey IPA
Sean White- Sir Walter Porter
Aaron Miller-American IPA / Stout
John Federal- Weizenbock
Tres Bruce- Irish Red
Oops, due to broken collarbone, will no longer be brewing. Feel better!
Damian Maddalena-Hefeweizen
Tom Viemont- Berliner-weiss/ Gluten free Belgian Blonde
Mike Sulyi- Bohemian Pilsner, Belgian IPA
Adam Aker-Surprise?
Want to find out more about brewing your own beer? American Brewmaster will be there with information on their class schedules and workshops. I like that “snowcopolypse”; cracked me up.
What comes with the ticket price?
Is it like the beer fest, where you get as much beer as you want?
What about the food? Complimentary or extra $$?
Ticket price is for everything including beer, food, and other beverages for those choosing not to partake beer drinking.
Sorry if I’m dense, but WHERE is the event?
An actual location of the event would be great…
My bad, had it in the other post about the event… it’s at the Raleigh City Museum.
Are there going to be Homebrewed shirts? I would buy a plain white tshirt with that logo.
Anybody contact the new NCSU chancellor for a sample of his homebrew?
