Justin Vernon, formerly of DeYarmond Edison and now the leading force behind Bon Iver, has written an article in The Independent expressing his love for The Indigo Girls, whom he will open for twice this week in Fresno and Sarasota, California. Vernon also talks about his change from working at a kitchen on Glenwood to playing music on the road and not having to work a second job.

Justin Vernon’s newest project is Volcano Choir with Collections of Colonies of Bees. Their debut album Unmap will be released on September 21.
