ANSWER: This is what’s left ofA.G. Bauer’s Pullen Building which originally housed Kings Buiness College. The building was on the corner of Fayetteville and Davie streets.

It stood at the corner of Fayetteville and Davie streets, across Davie St. from Sir Walter Hotel.
I’ll fess up - that took a solid 25 minutes of searching around. I now know entirely too much about cafeterias in Raleigh.
Raleigh Boy wins. It’s the Pullen Building. King’s Business College doesn’t count since I asked for the name of the building.
