An Update on Kooley High, Rapsody, DJ ill digitz and Charlie Smarts
We are consistently amazed by the members of Kooley High and their unwavering commitment to releasing quality new music at a recession-friendly price tag: free. Unfortunately we've fallen behind on highlighting their most recent accomplishments. In preparation for their show this Friday night at The Pour House, we thought we would round up all of their latest work. Enjoy.
Last week Charlie Smarts released a new video for the track "Test of Time" off of his mixtape Trident. Smarts will be performing at Hopscotch this fall. Download Trident here.
In March, Kooley High released this video for "Somethin' Outta Nothin,'" featuring Median:
Just today Rapsody, the only female member of the group, has released her new Star Wars-themed mixtape, Thank H.E.R. Now. The 9th Wonder-produced album is a follow-up to last year's Return of the B-Girl. Download Thank H.E.R. Now here.
