Megafaun Get an A on Onion’s AV Club

This review of Megafaun’s “Gather, Form and Fly” on the Onion’s AV Club is overall good, but it takes some twists and turns, a lot like the album, into a galaxy beyond Raleigh. I enjoyed this statement “before melting into cacophonous storms of swirling, multi-part suites”.

The megaflaunters are racking up a decent amount of good reviews on the interwebs. This comes hot on the heels of an 8.1 on Pitchfork Media and a cross country tour with local folksters The Bowerbirds.

Now, if they’d just play a show in Raleigh.
