If all goes well, and it should, Natty Greene’s looks to open their Raleigh location of the pub and restaurant on Monday March 15th in the Glenwood South area of downtown. Although “not planned”, this date is also the anniversary of the Battle of Guilford Courthouse, which is Nathanael Greene’s (the restaurant’s namesake) most notable Revolutionary War event. Well, ain’t that grand. The opening is also two days before St. Patrick’s Day, so it seems like a perfect week to drink lots of beer.
A soft opening may happen a few weeks before, but March 15th is the official opening date for the pub. The opening of Natty Greene’s was scheduled for earlier this year but was pushed back by a few kitchen issues. The beers on tap are still to be determined and we should know more before the opening date and will let everyone know. Until then, read more about Natty Greene’s here.
