If it’s organized by the same people who organized the event, is it still a flash mob? or is it just one more event happening on first night?

True. Its not a true flash mob because it was organized and they all new the dance routine but its still better than a bunch of drunks just dancing around- again.

The shirts say “Fidelity Futurestage.” It’s a program created by Fidelity Investments to promote music and arts programs in public schools.

That is some real buzz marketing.  Now everyone is talking about Fidelity Futurestage!  Nice of Fidelity to do so and I wish them a very happy Bonus Season!
