North Wake Landfill Redevelopment Master Plan

The North Wake County Landfill will close this year.  The Raleigh City Council has approved an “interlocal agreement” with Wake County for developing the landfill site.  The master plan includes an elementary school and community center as the focus of the multi-phase project.  Click the image for an enlarged version detailing the extents of the master plan.
