
Chef Ashley Christensen and Poole’s Diner has two upcoming events worthy of mention.
First, next Wednesday, June 24, Poole’s presents the $25 “Green Plate Special” in collaboration with the Moore Square Farmer’s Market. Here’s the menu for this event:
Pickle plate of market vegetables
Spinach with a poached egg and warm shitake mushroom vinaigrette
Crispy shrimp with goat cheese dumplings, cherry tomato, and charred green onion
Cornmeal crusted blackberry tart with honey creme fraiche
