Pottery Panel Discussion At The Gregg

The Gregg Museum of Art & Design sponsors regular events and lectures that relate to the collection and exhibitions. Artists and Objects is a series of discussions that focuses on the Gregg Museum of Art & Design’s permanent collection and exhibitions. Guest artists, scholars, and members of the community join the slate of distinguished speakers for this series.

The NCSU Gregg Museum of Art & Design presents an incredible line up of ceramicists for a panel discussion this Saturday, March 21st, at 7 pm. Each of the panelists, listed below, attended and in some cases taught at the prestigious New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. Hear how their experiences, how their artwork has been affected by their education, and how the university’s aesthetics have changed over time. The talk is coincides with the current exhibit, Norm Schulman: A Life in Clay.
