Raleigh Architect Bryan Bell in Metropolis Magazine


Bryan Bell, founder of the Raleigh-based non-profit organization Design Corps, talks with Metropolis Magazine. Bell has just published his second book, Expanding Architecture: Design as Activism. His first book, Good Deeds, Good Design: Community Service Through Architecture, was a hit in the design community and continues to sell internationally.

    again, good to see bryan getting some press.  it’s good to see what he’s “doing” is getting some press.  his statement: “The first program I found was a billion-dollar housing program, and there’s not a single architect involved in any of that housing. A billion dollars, no architects,” is extremely telling.

    Perhaps it begin to shed some light?
