Two days before The Magnetic Fields take the Meymandi stage in Downtown Raleigh, acoustic folk star Ray Lamontagne will introduce fans to his latest album, Gossip in the Grain, on the same stage.
Lamontagne made his name with the song Trouble (off the album of the same name) in 2004. His second album hit #28 on the Billboard Charts in 2006 and he will release his third album, Gossip in the Grain, on October 14th, two days before the Meymandi Show. Leona Naess will bring her charm attack as the opening act.
