People are not to be trusted to make their own decisions. They do things that are “silly” and “wreckless”. The only way private commerce is achieved is after government spending paves the way. We don’t want to use the Atlanta model for growth. We need a one-line transit system. That would give people a choice. This was a great two-sided discussion. I liked it better than Cats.
