Showcase your Game at gamingSPARK

gamingSPARK is SPARKcon’s newest addition for 2009. This part of the conference is dedicated to showing off locally produced games. Many don’t realize that there are over 30 gaming companies here in the triangle- and SPARKcon will be a great event to help spread the word about yours. Students and professionals are invited to share their works:

GamingSPARK seeks to showcase local talent in the Video Gaming Industry, as well as broaden the local community’s awareness of the nationally recognized games that are conceived and produced right here.

We are calling for submissions of games created locally. We are accepting in the following categories; Casual Games, Simulation/Serious Games, Mobile Games, and Student Games.

gamingSPARK will also include a competitive Gears of War 2 tournament. The tournament will take place the second night of SPARKcon Friday September 18 5-8pm. More information on that event soon.
