The owners of the building will be selling the remainder of the merchandise leftover at Stuff Consignment. The sale consists of personal property and previously consigned items including clothes, accessories, furniture, Dell computer, TV, shoes, jewelry, artwork, display cases, display racks and other miscellaneous items. The sale will occur on September 12, 2009 at 307 W. Martin Street (formerly Stuff Consignment) from 10am to 4pm. The sale will be cash only and all sales will be final.
does anyone know how I can contact them (aside from the obvious of going downtown?) I placed a violin in consignment and was never notified that they had closed, until I called to renew my consignment terms and god a disconnected message from the phone company. I should have time later in the week to get down there during the day, but I’d like to try to call somebody… Thanks for any insight!
Crap - I just realized the sale is a one day thing, on the 12th, and I’ll be out of town… grrr…
I bought your violin.
Hmmm… well I wonder why no one at the store contacted me and paid up… I’ve been in contact with the property manager. I’ll bring that up with her. thanks!
Hey how can I contact you, and whether this sale is only for one day , I am interested in buying laptop…
If you want to reach more prospective buyers post this into adsglobe.com/items-for-sale/
Apparently, Glenn, the one-time owner of Stuff Consignment, sold a ton of people’s consignment items, never informed them, and left with the money. This is what happened to me and, per a credible source, many others. I can safely say that I will not be doing business with consignment stores in the future - it’s simply too easy to get away with this kind of behavior… Such a shame…
