Stuff Consignment For Sale

According to the owners and this craigslist posting, Stuff Consignment is For Sale. Or Maybe not.

The details of the craigslist posting are as follows:  “STUFF Consignment Boutique, an established hip and unique consignment store (3yrs.) located at 307 W. Martin St.in downtown Raleigh’s warehouse district is looking for a new owner/owners! Please call 919-836-5347 for details!” 

The reasons for the sale are more personal than financial.  Stuff is definitely thriving.  After speaking to Walter Pereira, who is one of the owners, with Glenn May, about the future of the store, he stated that they have a couple of options:

Option 1 - a complete buyout by a third party. 
Option 2 - a buyout of Walter’s half of the store. 
Option 3 - close the store in October (when their lease expires). 

Stuff is a great addition to downtown and the ever adaptable warehouses and it would be sad to see it go. By all means, if you are interested in the future of Stuff Consignment or have any interest in buying part or all of the store, please call 919-836-5347.
