The Rosebuds, Rusted Root, Hobex Band Together

On Saturday June 6th, Raleigh’s The Rosebuds will team up with national bluegrass-dance-rock band Rusted Root for the Band Together concert that benefits The Lucy Daniels Center. This will be an outside show at The Lincoln Theatre with tickets only $20 at etix. (or red carpet treatment for $125)

As we all know, The Rosebuds are fabulous in concert and I can only attest to the one time that I saw Rusted Root at Cat’s Cradle a couple of years ago, which was a very danceable and sweaty evening of music. Also, the after party inside Lincoln Theatre will feature Hobex and possibly another well known local band. I haven’t seen Hobex live since 2002, but they should bring a lot of funk energy. What a great night of mostly North Carolina music, with a little Rusted Root to top it off, for a great cause.
