Theatre in the Park Announces New Season

Raleigh’s Theatre in the Park has announced its 2010-2011 season, featuring four productions that will run from September through next June. The plays for next season are all comedies, and two of them are directed by local favorite and founder of Theatre in the Park, Ira David Wood III. The season line up is as follows:

September 17-18; 23-25; October 1-2, 2010 at 7:30pm
September 19; 26; October 3, 2010 at 3:00pm

The Real Thing
by Tom Stoppard
Directed by Jesse R. Gephart
February 4-5; 10-12; 18-19, 2011 at 7:30pm
February 6; 13; 20, 2011 at 3:00pm

Devon Does Denmark
Written & Directed by Ira David Wood III
April 1-2; 7-9; 15-16, 2011 at 7:30pm
April 3; 10; 17, 2011 at 3:00pm

Noises Off

June 10-11; 16-18; 24-25, 2011 at 7:30pm

Season memberships are on sale now for $80 ($57 for seniors, students, and military). Individual tickets are also available at $22 ($16 for seniors, students, military).
