It will be fun for Carter Finley to get some big time concerts like this in the future.

I remember going to Buffet there way back in the day and having a blast!

And now the real speculation can begin:  Are there really 57,500 people within driving distance of Raleigh who still give a flying crap about U2?

Haha, always the haters. Considering that they are an amazing band with one of the greatest live shows of our generation, I would certainly think they could fill Carter Finley. Every show they have announced in Europe and N America has already sold out.

I mean come on, one of the most pathetic football teams in the ACC and the NCAA fills it every Saturday they play in the fall.

I had tickets for their last show at Carter Finley that got canceled due to ‘technical problems’.

i’ve seen them just twice…1987 on the JT tour and in 1991 on the Actung baby tour.

ABT not as good as seeing them in ‘87 at 17 all impressionable and whatnot…still, I think they are worth seeing, worth the $$ and the effort.

Come on…it’s Bono and the Edge for Christ’s sake.

    Pretentious, rock-star wannabe world-savers!

Always have been, always will be, and the new album is just terrible.
