Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me Coming to Raleigh

I try to regret few things in life. One of those things is actually winning Carl Kasel’s voice on my answering machine back in 2003 and never being able to use it because I moved out of the country. I couldn’t convince them into it a year and a half later. Bummer.

Ginny over at 30Threads has exposed that Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me, the NPR News Quiz is coming to the Raleigh area on Thursday June 18. (They tape live on Thursdays for their It is definitely one of the best shows on NPR and hasn’t been to the Triangle area in a few years (I think they were in Chapel Hill a couple of years ago). This comes just on the heels of Prairie Home Companion coming to Durham in April.

Now the question is….where will it be?  I’m guessing at the Progress Energy Center.
