My words will be short and sweet and no, I’m not going to bore with a game-by-game analysis.  But I have some game by game sentences, but they are not in chronilogical order… read on.

Beating Wake Forest and losing to them two weeks later balance each other out.  Beating Virginia was no suprise, and blowing a huge lead only to win by 5 wasn’t, either.  Losing to Maryland hopefully won’t happen again.  I believe that Vasquez made a “greivis” error at the end of the first contest that I hope he pays for.  Shame balances unnecessary pride, dude.  Winning at Georgia Tech proves that the Pack can win in Atlanta.  Let’s hope they can win again in Atlanta (and again and again and again).  We beat BC, but it was senior night and we had just lost to Maryland, so I wasn’t surprised.  State lost to UNC, but only by 9 and it was in Chapel Hill.  That’s okay.  We lost to Miami, but we beat them already and it gave us a lock on the 10 seed, which means, if anything, we’ll be playing in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge next season.  Here’s looking at you, Iowa.

The best of all college basketball pre-big dance rituals (sorry big ten, big east, sec, etc), The ACC Tournament, starts tomorrow in Atlanta.  Hopefully Raycom will bring all their HD equipment.  I’ll be making that trip as well.  I hope to bring pictures as soon as I get back.

NC State is 16-13 overall, 6-10 in the ACC.

GO PACK!
