Avett Brothers to Play Cary’s Koka Booth Amphitheatre (Updated)

Similar to Wilco, one of the last times the Avett Brothers were in the Triangle was at the North Carolina Museum of Art.  Both them and Tweedy sold out the venue very quickly.  Concord natives, the Avett Brothers has slowly impressed their entire country, selling out shows from one coast to the other.  A show at Koka Booth this summer has been rumored for a while and the date has been released.

In recent years, crowds of approximately 70,000 people have swarmed the streets to celebrate the season and the creative talent on display. The entire event is free to the public, courtesy of Artsplosure, a non-profit corporation that also produces First Night Raleigh.
