Baja Burrito is coming up on 15 years at Mission Valley Shopping Center across from NC State. Our philosophy is to do a few things and do them well. We cook everything that goes in our burritos and we make it with love Both of those reasons are what makes our food actually tastes good, as compared to many of the chains out there. Our most popular menu item is of course burritos… which start with a base of rice, beans and cheese, then you choose from one of our chickens, steak, pork or veggies and top it off with pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. We also have the option of brown rice, whole wheat tortillas and fresh spinach, which compliment an already nutritious meal.
