Second Empire Restaurant

The dinner at Second Empire is always a spectacular event. Arthur the Maitre d, Katrina the waiter who was supported by Erin provided impeccable service. We started with an appetizer of Pan Fried Duck Liver. My main consisted of a perfectly cooked Grilled Certified Angus Beef Rib-eye with an herbed butter accompaniment. It was served with Mashed Potatoes blended with Manchego Cheese and Broccolini on the side.  She went lite on the main and had a Grilled Scottish Salmon Pave, with creamy soft polenta & jalapeño, black currants, sautéed haricot vert, apple butter, radish & grapefruit mojo sauce. A complimentary Vanilla Ice Cream drizzled with Chocolate that spelled Happy Birthday around the edge of plate finished the evening. A tremendous meal!
