Hey, DJ Kyle!

What happened to WKNC’s Dance Dance Revolution? It’s still on the schedule as Sundays 8-10 p.m., but last time I tried to tune in there was baseball playing.

Baseball is always playing.

Anybody know when I can expect to hear those various other hyphenated genres again?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: best show (hopefully still) on radio.

Unfortunately, sports interrupt normally scheduled broadcasts all the time (including longtime legend DJ Stevo’s final farewell show)

He’s had DJs in training the past few shows, so rest assured that even once he moves on DDR isn’t going anywhere.

Due to last week’s freak weather a makeup game was scheduled for 8pm and it took over my whole shift, I’ll be back this week though.  And John’s right, the show isn’t going anywhere for a while(although there will be a new host taking over sometime around May)

ps There are no baseball games schedule to conflict with the show for the rest of the season, so makeups notwithstanding baseball shouldn’t be an issue.

Thanks, guys. As is apparent this column will exist solely to satisfy my personal curiosities.

Try Neu Romance every Sunday night at Alibi. Afterhours (Sunday mights) was in large part an inspiration for the show. I can personally guarantee plenty of hyphenated genres.
