Cafe Tiramisu

Pros: very nice decor, nice food
Con: How can a restaurant renowned and which supposedly takes pride for its special tiramisu desert, run out of this early on a Saturday evening? Well, that is exactly what happened to us. The waiter told us that they can’t make an unlimited supply and to call ahead and reserve slices in the future! Have they ever heard about refrigeration? Tiramisu is not considered to be an expensive desert to make.

When was the last time you went to a nice steak house where they ran out of steak or even a Pizza Hut to be told they didn’t have any more pizza? Cafe Tiramisu should have made more as soon as they realized they were running low or if that was not possible, beg, borrow or steal from the nearest Italian restaurant or supermarket. Absolutely bizarre and unacceptable. When we told them we came just for that and were not very local, they could have even offered to provide on our next visit but they were pretty clueless.
