Especially bangin after a trip to the Wake County jail, which is right down the street.
Quite possibly the best barbecue in town—and I know barbecue. If you’ve never experienced Eastern NC style sauce (vinegar and red pepper based) this is the place to start. Also, you will want to try Cooper’s collard greens, brunswick stew, sweet tea, and fried pig skins.
