329 S Blount St Monday thru Saturday 11 am - 10 pm Features: Two Words….“Steak Tacos” They are far and away the best item on their menu. (Tacos de bistec) Atmosphere is standard fare, but the food is pretty good and cheap. Good beer specials, and decent queso. If you want to eat a couple baskets of chips and salsa, have a decent meal and keep it around $10, this would be the place! Your basic cheap Mexican place, but very good. Out of all the El Rodeo’s in Raleigh, this is my favorite…good service, good location. Friends and I tried El Rodeo for the first time a few weeks ago. The food was good and they even put up with us being a little drunker than we had planned by the time we decided it was probably time to eat dinner. Pretty standard Mexican fare, not the best but definitely pretty good.
